Dialogue for Inclusive Workplaces is an engaging and interactive workshop designed to bring together students and employer representatives for meaningful conversations about building inclusive, respectful, and thriving workplace cultures. 

Through small-group, values-driven discussions, participants will explore key topics such as: 

• Addressing subtle bias and fostering workplace respect 
• Navigating differences across generations and career stages 
• Promoting transparency and equity in pay and benefits

This event is open to all students and offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with employers who are committed to advancing equity and belonging in their organizations. Attendees will reflect on their own experiences and perspectives while gaining insight into real-world practices from company representatives. 

The workshop concludes with a dedicated networking session, giving students the chance to connect one-on-one with participating employers in a welcoming and inclusive space.

• Your contribution sponsors an attending student 
• Your organization's logo will be featured in all marketing materials distributed to students and student organizations 
• Your logo will be displayed on the student check-in table at the event 
• You may choose to send 1 additional company representative (for a total of 2 representative seats)
